Do you really serve every city in Idaho?
Yes. Santaana Emergency Plumbing dispatches local crews across all of Idaho, from Boise, Meridian and Nampa to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls and hundreds of smaller towns. Every city has its own page with services and a local map.
How quickly can a plumber get to me?
Emergency calls in and around major cities are usually reached within 60–90 minutes. For rural areas we give an honest ETA on the phone and keep you updated.
How much does a plumber cost in Idaho?
We quote a flat, written price after diagnosing the problem and before any work starts. Emergency repairs are priced the same day or night; any after-hours dispatch fee is stated up front.
Do you repair and replace water heaters?
Yes — gas, electric, hybrid heat pump and tankless. Most water heater repairs and replacements are completed the same day.
Are you a residential or commercial plumber?
Both. We serve homes, rentals and HOAs as well as restaurants, offices, retail, medical and multifamily properties.
Why is my toilet running?
A worn flapper or misadjusted fill valve is almost always the cause. See our toilet repair page or the blog post on running toilets.
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve immediately, turn off the water heater, and call our emergency line. Burst pipes are repaired the same day.
Why is my hot water running out so fast?
Sediment, a broken dip tube, a failed lower element or an undersized tank. Most are simple water heater repairs.
Do you clean sewer lines and drains?
Yes — cabling, hydro jetting, camera inspection and full sewer line repair or replacement, including trenchless options.
Can you find a leak I cannot see?
Yes. Electronic leak detection locates hidden leaks behind walls, under slabs and in yard lines with minimal disruption.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes, including the gas line and venting upgrades most homes need for a tankless conversion.
Do you work on gas lines?
Yes — gas leak detection and repair, plus new gas lines for ranges, dryers, water heaters, fireplaces, grills and fire pits.
Is chemical drain cleaner safe to use?
No. It damages pipes and rarely clears the whole clog. Call for professional drain cleaning instead.
How do I prevent frozen pipes in Idaho?
Insulate exposed pipes, disconnect hoses, keep the heat on and let a faucet drip in extreme cold. Read our frozen pipes guide on the blog.
Do you offer commercial plumbing?
Yes, for restaurants, offices, retail, medical, multifamily and industrial properties, including maintenance plans.
